It is crucial that this information is accurate to ensure proper hand delivery and to avoid any delays, misplaced packages, or losses. Please verify these details carefully before submitting your PO.

Available shipping options

We use next-day express delivery services through our trusted courier partners, DHL, FedEx, or UPS, for all shipments. These couriers offer reliable and timely service to destinations worldwide, ensuring that your research materials arrive as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times

• Europe and North America: Next business day (24 hours).

• Other destinations (e.g., Africa, Middle East, Asia): Typically 2-3 business days.

Please note that while these are typical delivery times, actual times may vary depending on local customs and import procedures.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and are included in your quotation. Final shipping costs may vary based on the shipment date and other variables.

International shipping

We ship worldwide and comply with international regulations and import requirements. International customers should be aware that local customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, all international shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning they are the responsibility of the customer. Any documentation required for customs clearance will be provided.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the shipment’s tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through the courier’s online tracking service. This ensures real-time updates on your delivery status.

Special instructions

All of our product samples are non-hazardous and supplied in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) form to ensure stability during transit. Shipments are typically made at room temperature to maintain product integrity.
