Quotation and ordering process
You can request a quote in two ways:
- • Online request form: Use our easy-to-use online form to submit detailed project information, ensuring an accurate and prompt quotation.
- • Email request: Send your quote request to: quote@genosphere-biotech.com with comprehensive details to expedite processing.
We aim to respond to all quotation requests within 24 hours, the latest 48 hours depending on the complexity of your project.
We provide quotations in the following currencies:
- • EUR (Euro)
- • GBP (British Pound)
- • USD (United States Dollar)
Please note that our quotations are valid for 2 weeks and exclude VAT for EU members, local taxes, import duties, and freight charges.
We ship products globally, except for countries subject to EU or international trade restrictions or bans. To avoid delays, please provide accurate shipping information, including the full street address, building, floor, and room number, if applicable.
To place an order, review your quote carefully for accuracy. Then, submit your purchase order (PO) to order@genosphere-biotech.com, ensuring that the quotation number and your shipping and billing information are included.
Your PO should include the following information:
- • Institutional Purchase Order (PO) number
- • Delivery address (street address only, no PO boxes)
- • Telephone number for courier delivery purposes
- • Invoicing address
- • An accounts payable email for sending our invoice
- • VAT number (for EU members), along with a VAT exemption certificate if applicable
- • Quotation Reference Number or Item Reference Number
- • Detailed product specifications (e.g., sequence, quantity, modifications, purification, etc.)
Once we receive your PO, you will receive a confirmation email, and your project will begin immediately. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to keep you updated throughout the production process.
If you need to make changes to your quote, please contact our team before finalizing your order. We are here to assist you with any necessary adjustments.
Payment and invoicing
- Upon product delivery, an invoice is issued against your Purchase Order number. Payment is expected within 30 days of the invoice date. Our invoices include detailed payment instructions, and we accept payment by wire transfer. Please note that amounts invoiced are net of any bank fees, which should be covered by the customer.
Yes, we accept credit card payments via PayPal. You can use your credit card to pay into our PayPal account, ensuring a secure and fast payment process. If you prefer this option, please let us know, and we will provide further details.
An institutional Purchase Order (PO) is an official document generated by your organization’s purchasing department that authorizes the purchase of goods or services from a supplier. It typically includes a unique PO number, supplier contact details, shipping address, invoicing address, and product/service descriptions.
Our quotes and prices are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT applies only to orders placed by EU customers. To avoid VAT charges, EU customers must provide a valid VAT number at the time of order placement.
Yes, we can issue a pro-forma invoice upon request. This is useful for securing internal approvals or initiating payment processes before receiving the final invoice.
Shipping information
You can send samples (vectors, antigens, proteins, etc.) via post or express courier to the following address. Please include your order form, a precise description of your samples, and your contact information:

We ship via express courier at room temperature. Please note that shipping costs are additional and vary depending on the destination.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Project management
Yes, changes can be made before production begins. Please notify us as soon as possible to accommodate your request.
If your product doesn’t meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue, including potential adjustments or replacements.
We offer expedited production for projects with tight deadlines. Please let us know your requirements, and we’ll do our best to meet them.
