Antigen production : protein expression & purification

In some instances, it may be preferable to try and express your antigen or part of it and use the expressed protein or truncated protein for antibodies generation.
If you have a PCR fragment or a cDNA of your protein of interest we may be able to express it with a his6 tag into our bacterial expression system. Further purification on Ni-NTA columns yields immunization-grade antigen.
If the cDNA is not available, we may synthesize your gene of interest or a fragment of it (e.g. 300-450 bp corresponding to 100-150 aa on N-terminus).
