Orders may be placed by e-mail. In all cases, acceptable orders should include the following information: 

• Institutional Purchase Order number 

• Shipping Address (street address, please no PO box) 

• Invoicing Address 

• EU members: VAT number (and VAT exemption certificate where applicable) 

• Quotation Reference Number (if applicable) or Item Reference Number. 

• Ordered Product Information (sequence, quantity, modifications, purification, etc.) 

For administrative purposes, we do require a copy (EMAIL) of your institutional purchase order.
