Ordering with Genosphere Biotechnologies is designed to be simple and straightforward. Follow these simple steps to place your order:

Steps to place an order

Review your quote: Carefully check all project specifications in your quote. If any changes are necessary, our team is ready to assist before you finalize your order.
Submit a purchase order (PO): Send your PO to: order@genosphere-biotech.com , ensuring that the quotation number and your shipping and billing information are included. You can also place orders through your customer account for a faster process.
Order confirmation and start: Once we receive your PO, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your project will begin immediately. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to keep you updated throughout the production process.

Order submission requirements

To ensure your order is processed quickly and efficiently, please include the following information:

Institutional Purchase Order (PO) number
Delivery address (street address only, no PO boxes)
Telephone number for courier delivery purposes
Invoicing address
An accounts payable email for sending our invoice
VAT number (for EU members), along with a VAT exemption certificate if applicable
Quotation reference number or item reference number
Detailed product specifications (e.g., sequence, quantity, modifications, purification, etc.)

Shipping samples

You can send samples (vectors, antigens, proteins, etc.) via post or express courier to the address below. Please include your order form, a precise description of your samples, and your contact information. Receipt of your shipment will be confirmed via email.
