Product & Service Offer
Standard Synthesis Offer

Purity levels / Amounts: > 99% 1 to 5 mg
> 95% 5 to 10 mg
> 80% 10 to 15 mg
Analytical Data: HPLC trace (220 nm) & Mass Spectrum (MALDI-TOF)
Peptide Length: Up to 30 aa
Structure: Unblocked termini (i.e. NH2- and -COOH ends)

Purification is performed by preparative or semi-preparative reverse-phase HPLC.
We routinely prepare longer peptides (Fig 1) up to a maximum length of approximately 90 aa. Because overall yield decreases exponentially with increasing length, synthesis and downstream processing times may increase significantly for longer sequences.

Ultra-Pure Peptides (>99% Purity Level -Cell Culture Grade)
This unique peptide grade includes an additional purification step following standard reversed-phase HPLC elution. It was developed by Genosphere Biotechnologies in collaboration with several Research Groups using our peptides in cell culture assays. It has been tested with a large number of cell types and exhibit no detectable cytotoxicity commonly associated with standard peptides at higher concentrations.
It has also proven to yield peptides with high activity in sensitive biochemical assays.
Another noteworthy feature is a considerably increased stability of the peptides in aqueous solutions.

Optional Analytical Service
Amino-Acid Analysis is available at additional charge.
