Placing an order
An On Line Order form is available for your convenience.

Orders may be placed by e-mail, fax or post as well. In all cases, acceptable orders should include the following information:
 INSTITUTIONAL PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER
 Shipping Address (street address, no PO BOX)
 Invoicing Address
 EU members: VAT number (or VAT exemption certificate)
 Quotation Reference Number (if applicable) or Item Reference Number.
 Ordered Product Information (sequence, quantity, modifications, purification, etc.)
For administrative purposes, we do require a copy (FAX or POST) of your institutional purchase order.

Sending your samples
You may send your samples in a padded envelope (DNA, antigens, protein or blots) using regular local postal service. You may use any express courier company (Federal Express, DHL, UPS) as well and e-mail us your package airway bill number and we will track your shipment from here. Please include your purchase order, sample description and your direct contact details. Receipt of your sample is confirmed to you by e-mail.

Order delivery
Product shipping is normally done with Express Courier at ambient temperature and freight charges are invoiced accordingly. Antibodies are shipped under temperature-controlled conditions with re-usable cold packs.
If you wish to use your own Carrier Account, please indicate so when ordering and forward your account number.
